  • GLASS 12OZ HIGHBALL
  • 50ML KOKO KANU
  • 25ML LIME JUICE
  • 2 TEASPOONS CASTER SUGAR
  • DASH OF SODA WATER
  • 8-10 MINT LEAVES
 

Method…

PUT MINT LEAVES INTO A TALL 12OZ HIGH-BALL GLASS. ADD 2 TEASPOONS OF CASTER SUGAR AND FRESH LIME JUICE. ADD 50ML OF KOOK KANU AND FILL GLASS UP WITH CRUSHED ICE. STIR AND ADD A DASH OF SODA WATER TO DISSOLVE THE SUGAR AND SOFTEN THE LIME. TOP AGAIN WITH CRUSHED ICE. GARNISH WITH A MINT SPRIG.
